#FirstKissSA – Cape Town Edition

#FirstKissSA is a LGBT awareness project in South Africa. Participants shared their views and on the conditions of their lives as LGBTI-identified people in South Africa.

Unlike the US version, the South African LGBT #FirstKissSA initiative is more than just kissing a stranger. Participants share their stories and the kissing is a tool employed to demonstrate how we can all overcome prejudice with effort and sincerity as a kiss shared is meaningful and creates connection as they kiss people they perhaps would not personally choose.

Both LGBT and Hetero people are involved and solicited for the project. And this is important in creating inclusivity, understanding and openness!
